My name is Thaísa, I am a 7th-semester Medical student and the creator of @EducarMed.

Educar Med was born from a real concern: the medicine we are learning today is not the same medicine we will practice tomorrow.

While I was living the intense routine of university with exams, extensive content, emotional pressure, and doubts about the future, I realized that something essential was missing: a more strategic, current, and human way to learn medicine.

Turning point

From Publicist to Future Doctor:

Many people ask me why, after graduating in Advertising and Propaganda, I decided to cross the border and dive into the woof Medicine.

The answer is simple: the desire to heal and the purpose of serving have always spoken louder.

In 2010, I was already creating for the internet, but it was in my first semester here in Santa Cruz de la Sierra that I understood

that my communication would serve a greater purpose.

The challenge

Today, in my 7th semester of Medicine, I know exactly what it feels like to bear the weight of anatomy, the pressure of exams, and the loneliness of living far from home. I lost loved ones along the way and faced obstacles that almost made me stop. But every obstacle taught me a new academic survival strategy.

Why am I here?

My goal with Educar Med and the Medical Diary is not just to share summaries. It is to shorten your path. I use my strategic communication perspective to create visual, direct, and effective materials, helping you focus on what truly matters to become an excellent doctor.
